SEASONAL RATES

SPRING:  March 1- March 10, April 17 – May 26

                                $2000 weekly, $340 nightly                            

SPRING BREAK:  March 11 – April 16

$2000 per week* 

SUMMER:  May 27 – August 6

$3200 per week

FALL:  August 7 – October 31

 $1600  weekly, $270 nightly

WINTER:  November 1  –  March1

$1475 weekly, $250 nightly

Security/Damage Deposit of $500 fully refundable 2-3 weeks after check out.

Reservations: 50% down to hold with other 50% (and security deposit) 2 weeks before check in.

Taxes:  11% bed tax imposed by State of  Florida and Walton County.

We do not rent to students or singles under the age of 25 without parental supervision.
