SEASONAL RATES

SPRING:  03-3/10 and 4/14-5/19

                                $1800 weekly, $350 nightly                            

SPRING BREAK:  3/10-4/14 $1900

$1900 per week* 

SUMMER:   5/19-8/11

$3200 per week

FALL:  8/11-10/31

 $1600  weekly, $320 nightly

WINTER:  11/1-3/01

$1475 weekly, $295 nightly, monthly negotiable

Security/Damage Deposit of $500 fully refundable 2-3 weeks after check out.

Reservations: 50% down to hold with other 50% (and security deposit) 4 weeks before check in.

Taxes:  11.5% bed tax imposed by State of  Florida and Walton County.

We do not rent to students or singles under the age of 25 without parental supervision.
