SEASONAL RATES

SPRING:  March 2 - 16 and April 13 - May 18

                                $1900 weekly, $380 nightly (4 night minimum)                           

SPRING BREAK:  March 16 - April 13

$2000 weekly, $400 nightly (4 night minimum)   

SUMMER:   May 18 - August 17

$3400 per week

FALL:  August 17 - October 31

 $1700 weekly, $340 nightly (4 night minimum) 

WINTER:  November 1 - March 1

$1600 weekly, $320 nightly (4 night minimum) 

Security/Damage Deposit of $500 fully refundable 2-3 weeks after check out.

Reservations: 50% down to hold with other 50% (and security deposit) 4 weeks before check in.

Taxes:  11.5% bed tax imposed by State of  Florida and Walton County.

We do not rent to students or singles under the age of 25 without parental supervision.
