FALL:  8/9 - 10/31

 $2000 weekly

WINTER:  11/1 - 2/28

$1700 weekly

monthly negotiable

Security/Damage Deposit of $500 fully refundable 2-3 weeks after check out.

Reservations: 50% down to hold with other 50% (and security deposit) 60 days before check in.

Taxes:  12% bed tax imposed by State of  Florida and Walton County.

We do not rent to students or singles under the age of 25 without parental supervision.
